REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

- Return Policy
●Return period: You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
●Return conditions: All returned items must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging. To ensure the resale of the product, we do not accept products that have been worn, washed or have obvious wear. - Exchange Policy
●Exchange period: You can apply for an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
●Exchange conditions: In line with the return policy, the exchanged item must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging. You can exchange the same item for a different size or other style. - Return and Exchange Process
● Contact Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service department by email or phone with your order number and the product information you need to return or exchange.
● Fill in the return form: We will send you a return form, which you need to fill out and send back with the package.
● Prepare the return package: Please put the product together with the original packaging and return form in the package. Make sure the package is complete and sealed to avoid damage during transportation.
● Return the product: Use the courier service of your choice to send the product to our return address. It is recommended that you choose a shipping method with tracking to ensure that we receive the product.
● Processing returns/exchanges: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return policy, we will process a refund or exchange the product within 7 business days. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method you used. - Shipping costs
● Return shipping costs: Unless the product is defective or you received the wrong product, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
● Exchange costs: The exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer, but if it is because we sent the wrong product or the product is defective, we will bear the exchange shipping cost. - Special Items
The following items are not subject to return or exchange:
